TINTYPE STUDIO

One of the earliest forms of photography from the late 1840s, tintypes are made on either black enameled metal or glass plates (called ambrotypes on glass). Each image is a one of a kind capture on a hand poured individual plate. Therefore, each one is unique. See the behind the scenes video below.
