I am a contemporary portrait photographer based in New Mexico. I work in conventional color and black and white, as well as historic processes, including tintype

Your cell phone camera is just fine.  Really.  And it’s always there with you so you can be spontaneous.

However, there is no substitute for the equipment, lighting and 40 years of professional training and experience I have invested in.
