DEPOSITS + REFUNDS

Deposits are required for booking any date, service and product. Deposits secure that date and time so that another does not take the date and time you want. I work hard to make everyone comfortable and provide individualized service. For that matter, refunds are not offered. You may change your date and time, provided it is available. Thank you for your understanding.

WORKSHOPS

Payments for workshops, either in person or online in any form are due before the start of the workshop and are not refundable. Supplies for these workshops are purchased and kept in stock to provide a high level of instruction.

If you are displeased by your purchase, please contact me via email or phone and let’s chat about how to make your purchase right. I’m here to help and I want your support and trust. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
